Dear graduates,

I welcome you on behalf of a many brotherhood thousands of UIB graduates! Training time in the Higher Educational Institution is an unforgettable period which everyone remembers with love and warm in heart. UIB graduates occupy now key positions in the state structures, the national companies and transnational corporations, in business sphere, mass media etc., keeping and increasing greatly traditions of Alma Mater, where they have created uniform community and to which new forces annually are adjoined.

The association of UIB graduates «Altyn otau» is an association of graduates both on the basis of professional communication, and also thanks to the general interests and hobbies. Exactly here the efforts and ideas of graduates are cultivated for further development of Association.

The UIB graduates of all years feel the indestructible brotherhood and are very proud of Alma Mater.

The association of UIB graduates «Altyn otau» is the dynamically developing organization which mission is rallying and social advancement of UIB graduates of all generations. Business and free time activities spent by the Association, promote creation of uniform community.
 

Our goal is to develop partnerships between UIB graduates, to keep the unity of values ​​and interests.

Today we stand at the origins of the new association -  Alumni Association. Join our team! Together we have an inviolable whole! We believe that people who graduated the same university should feel the esprit de corps.

We hope that the leading   graduates of UIB, who are professionally successful in business, politics or any other chosen direction, are  not indifferent to the problems of the University of International Business, students and young graduates.

We want the graduates of the University of UIB  to employ graduates of the their  university. We want the  representatives of various structures to establish contacts and partnerships if they were in the same university.

Strategic goals and objectives of the Association:

• Creating a favorable environment for the association of graduates of the University for professional unity, sharing of experiences, implementation of creative and scientific potential of the Association members;
• promoting increased cooperation with the Association of outside organizations on educational issues;
• round tables, master - classes and conferences with the participation of members of the Association;
• interaction with central and local executive bodies of the  state management on public and relevant issues, cooperation with government agencies to implement the operations and services within the framework of the activities.
• consultative and advisory activities and meetings of university graduates and other members of the Association, to facilitate increased cooperation of the Association with outside organizations on educational issues;
• assistance to students at the University in developing and promoting the development of innovative projects and ideas;
• participation and assistance to the government in the formation and implementation of state youth policy, etc.

We hope that our strategy over time will form the tradition of the Association, but some of the traditions we want to declare from the outset. Traditions, which we hope will be guided by each member of the Alumni Association:

1. Each member of the Association is mindful of the proud title of Graduate of the University of International Business.
2. Each member of the Alumni Association by  his/her actions confirms and reinforces the good image of the university.
3. Each member of the Association is aware of a sense of community, unity with the other graduates and university students.

Alumni Association Activities

Alumni Association "Altyn Otau" in the course of its activity  plans:

1. to annually award the  graduates who are the most active in the Association and the university;
2. to conduct an annual Career Day for the graduates of our university;
3. to assist the graduates and undergraduates in finding employment through:

• close cooperation  with employers and recruitment companies;
• organization of summer internships;
• the study and promotion of well-known recipes for success of graduates.

We combine intelligent and interesting people. For business and careers, education and recreation.

Membership

Association members are able to take advantage of the services organized by the Association and to actively participate in organized events

Member of the Association may be every graduate of :

• Bachelor course;
• MA course;
• PhD;
• MBA Program
• DBA program

Candidate member of the Association may be every student of:

• the third or fourth course of bachelor study;
• graduating year of  MA  course  
• MBA Program
• DBA Program.
